Pablo Ortiz Monasterio opens with a photo of a public building in the city of Buenos Aires in which a huge metal sculpture of Evita speaks to her people. On September 23, 1947, Eva addressed the women of her country, and in a mythical speech in Plaza de Mayo, announced the sanction of the Law of the Female Voting, a historic claim that demanded equal rights and opportunities for women.
